Marketing Strategy Definition
In our first month, we will get under the skin of your business, your target audience and your commercial goals. We will help define some marketing north star metrics and a clear and simple marketing strategy to reach your goals.
Weekly Founder 1:1
Each week we will have a 1:1 to discuss progress, needs and how marketing can drive more for your business and deliver on the goals. Can also support in management of team or just bouncing ideas.
Marketing team 1:1
Weekly sessions with your marketing team to track and manage work, ensure that clear focus in being maintained and offering ongoing support and coaching to the team.
Marketing execution & feedback
You will receive half day per week for ongoing marketing support, feedback and execution. This might include defining strategies for channels, re-defining your CRM plan, creative process, brand strategy workshops - however we can make the time the most valuable for you and your business
